Can not fault this hotel, had a great time From the very large clean living area, cleaned every 2nd day Over looking the pool We was AI and again, I could not fault the food, it catered well for all Also hardly any queues for get drinks Pool area always clean Just a few people waited for pool to open to run to lay there towels then disappear for rest of the day

Lets start with the posatives, great loacation, rooms are bright and clean when you arrive. Negatives, food is poor always luke warm if your lucky, we have been here a week now and havent had our room cleaned once, the towels was taken by the cleaner and not replaced so i have had to keep goin to reception for clean towels and toilet roll. No air con in the rooms very muggy. Toilets around the pool, always put of toilet paper and soap i have reported it twice myself in a week. Oh and lastly sunbeds, you will need to get up and que by 8.30 for a bed as everyone ques and puts their towels down and then leaves the bed which is a joke.

The hotel is one street back from the centre of the main strip, and the beach is right there too. Being one street back seemed to be enough for it to be quiet at night. The rooms where large and very clean, I saw the cleaners cleaning one room and they pulled the furniture all out to do it. They were also well equipped- with a full size fridge- freezer, kettle, hob , microwave and coffee machine. There was also a beautiful view of the sea from my room The staff all seemed happy and where friendly. There where negatives but I think if they were improved the cost of the hotel would also increase so I will list them- but still feel it was worthy of 5 stars for the price: The food was repetitive and a bit boring- could always find something to eat but it wasn't exciting. There wasn't air-conditioning and the room in general could do with updating- the massive windows when opened made me feel a bit vulnerable as somebody could easily climb through but they needed to be opened in the evening to let the heat out.

An honest review. If you are looking for entertainment, this is not the place for you. As a base its location is perfect, but sadly as previously mentioned, basics like a fan & WiFi are at additional costs. Whilst the hotel cannot be held responsible, far too many people take the AI too far, and end up being loud and obnoxious. Queuing for the pool is tiresome, and not really big enough to cater for all guests. Food is extremely hit or miss, breakfast is the best meal of the day, other meals tend to be very bland and repetitive, however as a two star hotel, this is to be expected. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, they do very long hours, just a shame they do not have the resources for additional staff during busy periods in the bar. Can understand why this is going adults only from November, nothing here for children, although they have been accommodating for us 3 adults and a 5 month old. The hotel does need some investment, air-con would make a huge difference, as would providing WiFi. Rooms are very big & spacious, no complaints here. I personally wouldn’t return, as a base it’s great, but we definitely do not fit the demographic of typical clientele, mainly retired persons.

I'm just on my way home from my second visit this year at this hotel. Again a fantastic stay, my room was lovely and clean. Cleaners came every second day to change bins and tidy around. I heard someone say they didn't have German tv not sure what I was watching as I'm German by birth. I have no complaints and will definitely come again.

Over all hotel was nice, prime location, sunbeds weren’t enough for the amount of people the hotel held, no air con but can rent a fan for 3€ a day, well where can I start about food breakfast just your standard all inclusive breakfast can’t complain about that, lunch and evening meal awful not many choices at all, desserts hit and miss. MOULDY BREAD ROLLS (see photo) and I know the black bits are seeds but there is a clump of green mould
